Stains in Paint

Recently I noticed there is a small brown blotch near my reach hatch in the paint after I washed the car. There's also one in the clear part of the decal on my car (Heritage edition, the space between the stripes is clear I think, or yellow).

No matter how much I rub/polish it I can't seem to get it out. I've also tried clay bar on it, but no avail.

Not sure if it's from bird poop or sap, as I park under a maple tree. Since then, I've cut off all the branches that go over my car because birds suck

Any recommendations or anyone recommend anything? Does the yellow paint stain easily on these 370z?
