Not me. I'd know it was there, and it would bug the **** outta me. Just the thought of the difference in sheen would kill me. I don't knock anyone for getting one, to each his own. In my mind, I guess rock chips are a everyday occurrence, and that doesn't bother me as much as if I purposely put something there.
I do have a regimen for repairing chips, and appreciate taking the time to care for them, Ive just been lax with it lately, and it got overwhelming. Hell, its taken 6 years to get to the point where I gave in.
all that being said, the respray will have more paint and clear than the factory paint job, so I'll be good for another 10 years, if the car lasts me that long.

I've got a couple rock chips up front, here and there. Doesn't bother me much, best bet would be to repaint the part when it gets really bad.

Clear bra on hood and fenders and i couldn't be happier.

As soon as I got my 2017 PW I had the clear bra installed on the entire front. Complete hood, fenders, bumper, and pillars. I had a partial clear bra on the hood of my corvette and it drove me crazy seeing that line.

Clear bra on entire hood, front bumper, mirrors, and window tint.

$1400 for all, worth every penny.

Cannot stand the 4-5 year old clear bra on part of the hood that looks like complete garbage, I've yet to see a single one that didn't stand out or start collecting dirt. Have the entire hood done, or not at all.

I think I have maybe 4-5 rock chips in 3.5 years. Just keeping a proper following distance above 40mph also helps (and it's just less stressful).
