Car soap for pressure washer questions
Couple of quick questions - My pressure washer has a chemical reservoir that requires 20:1 ratio chemicals rated for pressures washers:
- I've been using zep soap which seems fine - are chemical guys soaps a 20:1 ratio and safe for pressure washers? - are there recommended soaps other than zep brand ? - lastly, what's best way to get tree sap off ? 2016 base pearl white auto and lovin it! Thanks |

You're not going to get the kind of suds you're looking for with the reservoir from your pressure washer. I would recommend the MTM foam cannon instead since that's what it's made for.
Apparently hand sanitizer works for tree sap (there's a jalop ok article suggesting it but take that with salt) however I think anything with iso alcohol would work. Just make sure to rewax afterwards to protect the paint.

IMO using pressure washer is a waste of your time... You cannot get the paint truly clean unless you do it by hand. No amount of pressure will change that. As stated above, Go for the foam cannon, and 2 bucket wash.
