Help on buffing polishing waxing!!!

I'm looking to start detailing a few cars. I've done some research and the porter cable seems like the most logical. I could spend the money and get a good one but if I suck or ruin some paint (I've never done this before) id rather not have a 300-500 dollar machine sitting in my closet. Sound logical? Also looking on Amazon they have a kit. Link at the bottom. Will I need anything else with this kit, other than compounds? I'm looking a chemical guys v32-38 for compounds? Anyone have experience with this? Also the hex pads that come with the kit are good?

Search for Junkman2000 on YouTube. You will find all the info you will need to start polishing your car.

It's next to impossible to screw up your paint with a dual action. NEXT to impossible.....
