No, I wasn't addressing that, I was addressing why layering actually works in your case when using Zaino. Layering waxes however, does nothing to increase shine, only protection.

I never use wax, but I love liquid glass coating and would recommend it all day long.

Old school Classic option LG100 (USA) for those who on the budged.

Kamikaze (Japan) for those who takes it to the next level.

I'm adding new layer of Liquid Glass coating every few months. Looks grate and ads superior protection. Forget about scratches after 6-12 layers.

Nah..., I'm just a prophet of experience, trial and error and I refuse to fall for ANY hype that can't be proven right before my eyes. That's why my videos are so darn long. I could get away with murder if I edited them.
