The car was waxed like a month ago but sat in a shop for about two weeks, I was hoping the wax would still hold up and hopefully this crap

The car was waxed like a month ago but sat in a shop for about two weeks, I was hoping the wax would still hold up and hopefully this crap wouldn't damage the clear coat.
I'll have to reach out to one of my detailer friends and see if they can help.

So it looks like the sun is helping a bit...most of it has faded away except on passenger side door panel - will leave it out in the sun for a few days and rewash to see what happens.

You need to spend a few days watching Junkman videos His Youtube channel is Junkman2000.
Don't clay a dirty car. Wash then clay. If the car is clean enough, you can use some QD or waterless wash to wipe it down before claying.

Oh yeah, Junkman's videos are super! I just don't have that much time :-/ maybe at work on slow days I will...heh.
