Scratches from car wash

I dont normally take it to wash but in the winter the dealer took it through their wash an just recently i noticed many fine scratches on my white paint. All around the hood area. Now it doesnt seem deep but on white paint these black lines are visible when car is clean.

Should i use compound and then a scratch doctor or vise versa before the wax

that sucks....I usually take mine to a touchless car wash unless the weather is nice haha
Wait a while and get it detailed around summer :)

That is why I don't get it washed (unless its on my driveway or with a touch-less carwash). I also tell the dealer to put a note on my work order to NOT wash the car. They always look at me like Im a freak. lol

never let anyone or anything wash your Z. the paint Nissan uses is terrible and will scratch easily.

mine one gets hand washed/hand waxed by me or my detail guy when it needs extra love once in awhile

Honestly i forgot they even had a car wash there and the car had like under 1k miles. I called the dealer up and waiting to hear back. They are going to fix this. Its a pretty excessive amount of fine scratches

They do have a body shop which i assume should do the trick.

This is if they even admit to it. Most car washes claim they are not responsible for damage

Zero Dark - you should try Auto Spa on York Road in Cockeysville. I use them for all my cars. Check them out Auto Spa Hand Wash located in Cockeysville Maryland

They are not touchless. They are HAND WASH. Take a sec and view their website. I have never had a problem with them in the 9 years I've been going there.

Look for me in line. Usually there quite a bit. 2014 Black Cherry Z and 2010 Crimson Black Maxima. I know a couple people that work there and next time in I'll ask if they have seen another 370Z come through and also let them know that they might be seeing another 370Z coming thru and they should treat it as well as they treat mine.
