2009 7ATw/Sport - Brilliant Silver

Hey guys! I am really doing this as a feeler...but if a serious buyer comes along, we can definitely talk. I'm going to need a car with a backseat soon and the Z will unfortunately no longer be a practical car for me to drive around. I bought this car brand new with only a few miles on it. I have been the only owner of it since I signed the papers. I had a maintenance plan for the first few oil changes, and then I've done all of the rest every 7k miles with Redline synthetic oil and a Purolator PureOne oil filer (I have the oil analysis to prove that 7k was fine). Tires are in excellent condition...only 10k miles on them (Yokohama S. Drives).

Currently, I have 41,1xxx miles on it. It's Brilliant Silver with grey leather and Sport package (19' Rays sport wheels, Bose audio, XM, etc). Here's a list of the modifications I've done:

Stillen Gen3 Intake
Berk HFC and CBE
Stillen Front and Rear Sway bars
Swift Springs
UpRev Tuned
Windows tinted
15mm Front, 20mm Rear spacers
JDM Fog light
GTR start/stop button

This car is in fantastic shape with absolutely no mechanical issues at all. There are a few rock chips in the front bumper and hood just from my commute every day. No dings or scratches anywhere on the car and the wheels are in fantastic shape. There are just a couple spots on them from the tire shop that installed the tires. My asking price is $27,500 (and that's going by the KBB private selling option and taking into consideration the mods I've completed).
