Should I sell my car or make it into an LS racer? HELP!

My 08 record holding(12.5@110mph bolt on) 350z got flooded. It is black, Enth. 6spd. & never in an accident. It has a brand new (400 miles) trans. & an ACT clutch(400 miles) in it. Except for drag racing, the car was babied. Most times shifter at 2,000 rpm, Mobil 1 every 1,500-2,000 miles. Due to the water(fresh) & sand, it will need to be rewired. No longer a clean title. I'm thinking of selling the car, plus 5Ziger wheels with almost new tires, plus original wheels/tires, plus Weld wheels with slicks 50% & Weld wheels with skinnies, like new! 3 miles (12 1/4 m runs

ALL for 12K.... Then get a Z06 Vette, or should I build an LS racer. What to do??? Anyone interested in the car???? I'll be talking to the LS builder soon.

Oh, 40k miles on it with 17" wheels. Could be 36k real mileage.
