Wow, for someone trying to sell something as expensive as a car, that is very little information.

just curious but how do you just take over the payments? the car will be in the original owners name unless you change it on the title. if so then the car will now be financed by the new owner and hence new terms and agreements from said bank....

i could be wrong but how can you just pay for someone elses car?

Exactly what I mean. my loan details are as of today

Payoff ~34k

Monthly payments $538 w/ gap and extended. 72mo @3.9%. Of course the main thing here is the 34k, your monthly and rate will depend on your bank. But as stated, I just want the car out of my hands for personal reasons. I'm already losing the down payment on this.

Mileage is close to 7k now. Car is in immaculate condition. PM me your e-mail and I will send pictures.

Ok guys, the payoff on the loan is about 34k.

This is what I'm willing to do, and I'm taking a BIG loss on this. But if you want the car, all you need to do is be able to finance 32k of it, I'll pay the rest of the loan. I realize this is insane, but in the long run I'll be better off. If you're interested let me know. If you want pictures or anymore details PM me you're e-mail and I'll send pics.

When you purchase a car, and want to sell it so quickly, you must realize that you are going to take a loss on it. The saying your car depreciates 10-15% when you drive it off the lot is not a myth. The best thing you can do is see comparable cars around your area and see what they are going for and price it accordingly. 32K seems like it might be a pretty fair price for the car, but just because you are taking a loss on it, doesn't mean it is a great deal. Good luck with your sale.
