2010 40th anniversary 61k/mi

**** SOLD*****I am looking at selling my 2010 40th anniversary with 61k miles. I have the cover and license plate frame to go with it.
I am going to be pulling it off the road soon and having all of the wheels refinished and the front/rear bumpers and side skirts repainted. After that I will probably ask 2k more.
I am fanatical about the exteriors of cars and this one is OK in my opinion. I bought it sight unseen and the seller said it was immaculate. It was not in my option. I have done a lot to bring this car to life. I had a $1200 service immediately to go through the car and make sure everything is perfect.
The paint is pretty decent now after a lot of buffing but I can’t take the front and rear bumpers. The front has a lot of stone chips and the rear has a small impact that chipped off a small area of painted and scratched it. I can send photos directly of the area. The interior has been refreshed a bit with leather coloring the bring back the red but does show some of the normal fading on the drivers seat. Grab handle is worn on drivers side showing discoloration.
Mods that I can remembers G&k cold air intake (stillen gen 3 style)
Hks hi-power cat back
Berk hi flow cats (does set off check engine. I have the spark plug extenders to trick the computer ready, just not installed)
Up-rev tune (2 more e-tunes available, I can give you info so you can send it in on your own)
Tien coilovers (street basis I believe? Base system for them)
15mm wheel spacers with replacement studs installed
Newer rear tires 5k miles maybe?
Matching shift knob
Hotchkis front and rear sway bars
I have spc (or spl, I can’t recall) adj front upper control arms not installed (used) I was waiting to get the rear ones and install at the same time and align.
I think that’s the most of it but I can’t recall any more items.

Asking 21,500. Title in hand

I have only owned it since March. I am the third owner though. Guy before me had it I think 8-9 years, the guy before him had it like 1-2 and was somewhat wealthy and barely put any miles on it and it was in a warehouse of cars.
I get new different toys all of the time, this is one of those. Good car.
It's in the shop today getting the hi-flow cats removed and the OEM put back on so it doesn't have any check engine lights come on and isn't an inspection issue for myself or anyone else.

If you bought it recently from JR370, it’s SPC.
