Pre-purchase inspection
 

I'm looking for a white 2016-17 Nismo and will have whatever I find inspected by dealer before finalizing purchase. My question is what information they will be able to provide me other than their usual 105 point inspection or whatever. Can any dealer pull up maintenance records performed by other dealers? Also, are they able to extract anything from the computer such as over-rev, top speed, etc. (I'm thinking this last bit might require a court order if it is accessible)

Yes, they can pull high speed and a lot of other info.
I wouldn't recommend going to a dealer to check quality of the car.
Find a good private mechanic.
