OP, you have a MT or AT? Sounds like synchros maybe? If its the MT and you have a lot of miles on the car, it's probably worth replacing the

OP, you have a MT or AT? Sounds like synchros maybe? If its the MT and you have a lot of miles on the car, it's probably worth replacing the CSC while the transmission work is being done - I recommend ZSpeed Heavy Duty CSC or Z1 CSC Elimination Kit.
