Just call the dealerships around and see what they have in stock.
And just ask the closer or the dealership you prefer to do business with to trade for the 370z! They'll be more than glad to cause both sides are satisified!

Why so sad? You should be ecstatic you can get the car you want and only have to come to Nanaimo to get it. I have to wait till Xmas to get mine. I'd drive to Alberta if they had the car I wanted. It would be a nice little road trip come to think of it. Anyway congrats on the Z.

This Z is the last white with sport & nav in Western Canada. Why would they trade for something they already have on their own lot??? That is why I tried to get an 09 though a larger dealership that already had a Z to trade. It didn't work out as there were none left and production had stopped on the 09's. The OP could have saved him self a lot of trouble if he just came over and bought it a week or so ago. What I can't believe is his dealership didn't tell him of the one over here, but I guess they wanted the sale. When I started looking I called all the dealerships in case they had the car I wanted. You can also look them up on the nissan web site.

The White one with Sport and Nav that I got has to come from Ont its on a train right now. I'm in Alberta so they made some calls to get it in for me

I was told that shipping it from back east is $1500. But that might be better than waiting till Xmas.

No mark up so far, but it does look like it's sold to one of our members :tup:. Again, why would they trade for a far less desirable car and not get a Z in return. You have to remember that these dealerships are independently owned so they would be giving a sale away. Not going to happen, and not a good or profitable business move either.
