2014 GTA Meets
New Year. New Thread.
everything from garage days to simply getting coffee. set up times and locations as well as posting maps/directions here. http://25.media.tumblr.com/8e6626bcf...38mo1_1280.jpg |
I'm on the right shift this year. Hopefully I can get out to more get togethers.
|
Can't wait!:driving:
|
I'm dying here. I haven't driven the Z in months. as much as I love the give-no-Fs nature of the CRV there's only so much I can take D:
that said someone offered me $1100 for my rims. yes TPMS no tires think I should let them go and save for aftermarket? |
Not a bad deal.

Good If they are not in perfect condition. |

I'm not the forum police lol. IRE starts a 2014 GTA Meets and then instantly goes on about selling his rims lol... But back on topic, Alcheng and I are already planning our first route for the 2014 Season kick off cruise. Stay tuned!!! |
All Right BoyZ!
Looking forward to the 2014 Driving Season with 370Z crowd ! Yes i was laughing at Ire's comments too!:icon18: |
So is this where I list my CF strut bar for sale? :roflpuke2:
|
how much do you want for it? :icon17:
|
Looks like a blast!
... u guys should come to New Brunswick for the Atlantic Nationals in July... biggest car show in Canada with over 2,200 cars... love to expand our Z compliment!! The Atlantic Nationals, July 10th-13th, 2014 - Schedule of Events Z's are pretty rare down here - but there is a strong club turnout |

sounds good
PM me the details :stirthepot: I would also consider having you just do mine cause I kinda want to do a different colour scheme...... |
I think you forget that our last GTA meets thread wasn't strict at all when it came to topics. It was more a hangout spot than a THIS IS FOR MEETING INFO ONLY. that said, obv check here for meet information but since most of us know each other (and love derailing threads anyway) might as well embrace it.
on that note: boomer text/pm me your rim specs. would you be super mad if i got the same rims? lol iirc you got them for a killer deal and JDM low offset rims = i love how it looks on your car |

Ya man get those rims!!! I don't mind, but if you're going performance, those rims are a tad bit heavier than stock. Work Emotion CR Ultimate GT Silver finish. 19x9.5 +15 19x10.5 +12, 5mm spacer on back. Tires are OEM sport spec for a little tiny stretch. But can use meaty tires if you wish. |

|
oh man this year is going to be fun
probably going to run stock rims when i cruise. cant risk damaging the goodies http://weoutcheahoe.files.wordpress....81qkx6n4-1.gif |
have you decided on what you are getting for wheels?
also I thought you were selling the OEMs? I saw your kijiji ad, I have been looking for a set of tires yet again........I am only getting one season on my tires currently (past two season = two sets of tires :driving:) **shrugs** VDC off is awesome and tons of fun but leaves no treads on my tires :ugh2: |
they are for sale, if i dont manage to sell them then ill keep them for the cruise. we'll see what happens lotta lowballers
and i thought 1k for rims was cheap |

Tire Rack had some good sales in December on Bridgestone Pole Position Tires. They look promising as a good replaceemnt |
depending on what your getting the prices are still most likely better in the states :ugh2:
|
the first year i got the Z, the fronts died sooner than the rears.
this year, i had a bit too much fun and ended up picking up a set of tires off an R8 a customer brought in. they were like 75% still and he wanted to change them and just left it. so i slapped them on, only to find the rears were too big (305)... im sure if i actually gave it another shot i could shoehorn them in but i was lazy (would have to raise the car so my fenders wouldnt rub) so i left them beside my garage. they're still there lol the reason im not saving the OEMs for winter is as zefaulter said, i dont winter and i have goodyear F1s in the rear and RE05s in the front. useless anyway. i sold the whole thing for 1500 including tires. my new setup is on 18s just talking about it makes me excited. this was definitely not me. and definitely not my video. cough. definitely. these... individuals were found doing bad things behind the warehouse doing things that i completely do not condone nor approve of. :D |
I am pretty sure others have ran the OEM sport wheels with 305s and no rubbing :ugh2:
should try it again or sell them to me :stirthepot: IMO the 305s looked good, I am gonna go look for the thread  |
