I cut the hoses myself, fairly easy using the socketless hose and fittings. The oil cooler and bracket are not what I would use on a regular 370. Like I said the Nismo has a clearance problem. Anyway the guys at batinc.net are helpful and know what they are talking about.

I would just go with the stillen kit + a mocal t-stat sandwich. Its still gonna be cheaper than what you wrote down above ^ That setup you put down costed me $550cdn.

I've driven it hard in hot weather, and barely got over 110. Also sustain driving at 130 km/hr in 30 deg weather and ran around 107. As stated above, likely not an issue unless tracked.
