GTA Body Shop

Hi, I've been looking around for a reputable body shop to do installation and paint for an upcoming body kit purchase and looking around the Canada forum here I've seen some pictures of 370z owners with amuse body kits doing cruises and was wondering what body shop did you go to?

So far I've seen that 427 collision, Chi @ 360 auto in markham (pretty old post from when I was searching around, don't know if they're still in business), and Prochilo Brothers are recommended by quite a few..

Preferably looking for one within the Scarborough/Markham area.. Thanks!

Is he the one with the TT 370z? I think I saw a post recommending him before. Thanks!

Thanks Mike, I may need that soon :D
You may be thinking of GaleForce, that's not him.

The TT 370z was/is his partner.

LMBmikeZ 07-06-2013 08:04 AM

Wrong all of you!

zefaulter 07-06-2013 08:05 AM

Damn

LMBmikeZ 07-06-2013 08:08 AM

In the unit there is two companies/people/owner operators

1 - is Phil he owns the 370z TT, he is also the owner operator of Elite Concepts (painting/body work)

2 - is Darren he owns a BMW M3 (older one), he owns and operates the mechanical side which is called Motorwerx I think (he is a licensed mechanic originally from a BMW shop)

This shop used to be one company called Alphawerx they then found it easier if they both opened as their own companies. Same guys, same service just two different companies in the same unit.

I have also used Darren for mechanical work and I would also recommend him to

There is three TTs in Ontario that I know of and 2 Super chargers (based on forum research, sure there is probably more but none of them are active on the forum :ugh2:)

TT

1 - Phil
2 - Galeforce (jason)
3 - Harvin (importfest 370z on all the ads)

SC's
1 - Marcuz (orangeville member)
2 - Z eliminator

I want to be on the boosted list??? Who is O negative and needs a kidney??? :roflpuke2:

zefaulter 07-06-2013 08:58 AM

Look at you Mike. Keeping a TT list... What are you planning? :stirthepot:

itZbrandoN 07-06-2013 08:19 PM

Any other shops that I should get a quote from? Or is Phil the one you all recommend

LMBmikeZ 07-06-2013 09:29 PM

shop around, see what works for you and who you like

you will get lots of opinions and it will vary with who you ask, however IMO Phil is more then capable :tiphat:

:iagree: I would have had him paint my kit if I was closer to him.

Z eliminator 07-07-2013 05:53 PM

my SC is not installed as i blew the motor as Z drag day.
Not sure what GTM is building for me.
The bill looks massive, have not talked to Sam in 2 weeks
M&T motor sports will be doing the install in late Aug or Sept, they are booked solid .

I missed your calls Z. Working midnights is killing me. I'll give you a call this week while I'm on holidays.

Amuse370z 07-10-2013 03:20 AM

I recommend Velocity @ McCowan/Hwy 7.

zefaulter 07-10-2013 06:41 AM

I know a lot of people recommend them so I took my mom's car there (she recently had an accident) they communicate very well, send photos of the progress which is awesome. However, I have read some not so great reviews for aftermarket kit installs. I haven't picked up her car yet.
I have a bit of damage on my side skirt, I'm thinking about repairing it there

LMBmikeZ 07-10-2013 10:53 AM

If you are in the GTA and or willing to go to Markham you should check out elite concepts. Phil will help you out above and beyond and his work is awesome you will not be disappointed weather it's a repair or a body kit instal great work and very professional

zefaulter 07-10-2013 11:12 AM

No website? I can't find it...

LMBmikeZ 07-10-2013 11:34 AM

zefaulter 07-20-2013 08:20 AM

I got my car back from Barry @ velocity yesterday. Unbelievable work! The paint job looks amazing... I vouch for this guy:tup:. He was nice enough to keep a little extra paint for me as well.

LMBmikeZ 07-20-2013 10:31 PM

 right on! post some pics ASAP

:pics:

zefaulter 07-21-2013 09:56 AM

Nothing too major but annoyed the **** out of me

LMBmikeZ 07-21-2013 08:59 PM
