Spotted: Z in Richmond

Just last night I spotted a Black Z at Chevron on No.2/New West.
It seems the owner of this Z works at the Chevron :)

I always spot the black Z in Richmond too, I wonder if it's the same guy... we should chase him down next time so we can interrogate him... :P
