No i dont i am all stock

A lowered vehicle usually runs more negative camber, giving you more clearance under the wheel well....
Pick up some Swifts and you're good to go! |
Ill look it up

ya you will need some springs minimum to have those fit the camber helps out a lot, you might also want to look into getting some the SPC camber parts (for front and rear, rear for sure!) in case you have trouble with your alignment  |
Oh my god why is this so complicated grrrrrr, please someone help me,what do i need and where do i get all this stuff,i want re11s 305s
|
I'm gonna need tires too aargh. I'm on stock height so may stick with 275 or 285 with 25 spacers for rear, I know that works.
|
I might do the same, why bother going thru all that gor 305,gee its only 20 mm less lollllll
|
in case you wanted to have a look before you decide, have a look at scoot87's threat. He has all stock sizes with 20-25 spacers. I think it looks good
|
Ya it looks very good,it also looks like there is still lots of room for a rear 305 tire
|
:iagree:
I am on tein s-tech springs with 20/25 H&R spacer combo. Check out the first two posts in my thread (http://www.the370z.com/40th-annivers...niversary.html) you can see the difference and IMO I think 305's could fit depending on the tire with no rubbing. I also have my alignment results posted to and I got it all back to OEM specs, well all but my front left it is a little out as you will see but not worried, just means I know I should get full SPC camber kit front and rear  |
I have H&R 20mm spacers all around on OEM 19" sport Rays and OEM tires. I'm lowered on Swift Spec-R springs. No rubbing issues and within factory specs on camber with SPC toe bolts on the rears. Everyone's car is different in what they need for proper alignment after installing spring... some need nothing, some need camber kits and like me, j ust some simple toe bolts... so you'll have to play it by ear to see what works for your setup.

Swifts= ~$350 Coilovers = ~$1200 + IMHO Swifts are the best bang for the non-track car buck! Having said that, I feel the Swifts are incredible in the handling department as well. I really believe that the Anti-sway bars would be redundant after the Swifts... again, not-tracking the car. |
