My gauges show 15.8l/100 km. This is 90% city driving. Is this normal? I'm still breaking the car in (500km so far) and don't go above 4k (went over maybe

I'm still breaking the car in (500km so far) and don't go above 4k (went over maybe 5 times total). Also, I had 3 dots left and went about 480km before I decided to fill her up myself for the first time. How many kms do you guys get per tank? Do you guys fill her up when its flashing or...?
