Assuming we are probably meeting up around afternoon, meeting around a parking lot where everyone can easily be seen would be nice.

I'm thinking either Lougheed mall parking lot by starbucks, or bynn mall?

Lets plan for a coffee + photoshoot meet once we all meet up we can plan for future events which will be more effective

I know everyone has their things planned for weekends or weekdays (work, school etc)

However, it would be nice if we could join us

tuesday afternoon (May 22)

friday afternoon-ish (May 25)

These two dates seem OK ....for people who may be coming or for me too

I'm also planning to make 2 mini-meets (dates above) and plan for something bigger later on. (It seems people plan better face to face !)
