Op doesn't sound like a bad price but I would look at the msrp pricing and try to get at least 3k off of that any less and your not going to be getting much of a deal...... GL and hope it all works out!

There is a 3K factory rebate right now in Canada. Did you get that?
I just got my car yesterday for $45K. Auto with sport/nav etc.
