Later the magazine received a reply from NISSAN saying that the NISMO is NOT for track purpose. Anyway, the magazine redo a braking with NISMO later on, and still the brake fading issue was serious. Eventually, they have to change the brake-fluid, then the brake line, then the pads, then the rotors. Oil temperature, is a serious issue when tracking a Z, I don't track my Z, but if you do a search in this forum, you'll find TONS of members talk about it. By the way, why you like the NISMO so much? For the extra bucks, you can mod a base Z to a better one, at least for the brake, add an oil cooler and your choice of wheels and tires, LOL. just my 2cents. |
