they are available in canada. before i bought my 370z sports package i test drove a the nismo version  brand new canada version (meaning Km not Miles on the dash) just go to a dealer and say you wanna buy a nismo, if they dont have one in stock they'll just order one for you, but yeah, they are definitely here.
