I paid $2200 more than this asking price for a brand new 2010 with the same options.

That makes sense, this is like a demo then, with only 7200km you are saving $2200 plus getting extended warranty, 3M stone gaurd etc, plus..... its an "asking price" which pretty much means its were i want to begin.
