Recommendations for service in K-W/Cambridge/Guelph
Does anyone have any good or bad stories regarding the various local Nissan dealerships, particularly around the service department?
Similarly, any non-dealership garages you would recommend? My normal garage specializes in BMW/Audi/Porsche. |
Good - Paul Coffey Nissan and at Waterloo Nissan. Both have great staff and super helpful.
BAD!! Is Gregg Vann Nissan don't go there!! They are the biggest douche bags out there in KW area. |
As far as Guelph though I don't know only been in the lot never there for a service. Same goes for Gregg Vann Nissan, I never had a service there but the staff/management alone has driven me away from ever going there!

Thanks for the help.
Was also wondering where to get some accessories - a "z" plate holder, z key fob, etc... There is some cool stuff on the web I've found out in California, but haven't yet found anything in Canada other what is on Nissan Canada's web-site. |
I wasn't overly impressed with Guelph Nissan when I took my car there...not because of the service, but because I imported a 370 from the US and detected a bit of attitude about that when I was there.
I did the same thing with a 4Runner back in 2008 and any of the Toyota dealerships I've been to have never been like this. Was thinking of trying Waterloo Nissan for service...their dealership building is brand new. |
i had a problem with my convertible roof and the service guys at paul coffey nissan were top notch.....
