I spoke to my buddy with a 350z the other day and he was running test pipes as well as an aftermarket exhaust, hes gotten tickets before but the fought it off in court because there wasn't clear proof that it was indeed illegally loud.

I didn't know test pipes were illegal?

yes...most places are illegal..thats y i stick with HFC instead..
