I'm bumping this thread from the dead as I'm looking for confirmation from anyone that has personally had their DRL's disabled from the dealership. I need to get this done,

I'm bumping this thread from the dead as I'm looking for confirmation from anyone that has personally had their DRL's disabled from the dealership. I need to get this done, sick and tired of having the HID's on all the time. I installed orb rings and want those as my DRL's. Also the heat of having the HID's on during a +30 degree day with the sun beating on the lights is flaking the black paint in the light assembly.
Please, no replies that you know a guy that did it, etc, I want to get confirmation that someone personally had theirs done, at the dealer and if it was via consult, etc. That way if the dealer says that it can't be done, I know it's bull. Thanks in advance! |
