detailer needed...

Anyone know of a good detailer in the kelowna/vancouver/seattle area. have stored the Z for winter but attempting to plan ahead for spring.

I wasn't very inpressed with the dealership detailing and really haven't been in kelowna long enough to know of a good detailer...

Would be perfect to find one that uses the Adams products since I have used them in the past and been really impressed.

Any advice is appricated.

total bummer you had to experience another shitty in house detailer at the dealership! seems like a lot of dealers should look at hiring someone other then their teenage kids to do the detailing bay! just my .02$ cause I have also experienced this! On my account at the dealership it prints out on all my invoices for work "don't wash mikes cars!" lol
the f*cking swirl marks drove me nuts!

Haha, yeah 2/3's of the car looks great but the trunk and back bumper are swirl heaven...just seems hard to find anyone that can do a good job around here. I am very close on investing on the adam's detailer package and trying it myself or at least testing out my skills on the wifes cx7 lol....

The BEST is NXTAZEE who is a forum regular here. He's in Nanaimo. You will be hard pressed to find anyone who is as good as he is or takes as much pride in the job he does and his prices are a fraction of what his equals elsewhere charge. You might get lucky and maybe find someone with one of those traits but not all three.... you'll need to leave the car for at least a day though - he is extremely through. I can not say enough about the work he does. He's the only one that works on my Zs. I'm very particular. When I pick up my cars I'm NEVER disapointed.

awesome, i have some friends up that way that have been bugging me to come visit for a weekend.
does he run his own business or where does he work out of?

FricFrac 12-06-2010 02:38 PM

He does it as a hobby/business out of his house. He doesn't use any of the crud the detailing shops use (I have another friend who owns a commercial detailing shop and he says ya gotta make $$ and using the cheap stuff is a way to increase profits). He'll book you in and park your car in the garage he works out of which means your car isn't getting moved around in a busy commercial environment. Shoot him a PM as he's usually booked up and see what his schedule is like.
