Some ideas:

Take a stroll down Robson Street.
Vancouver Shopping on Robson Street

Check out Stanley Park.

Awesome Japanese (sushi), Korean, Chinese, or seafood restaurants.

Try a Japa Dog. These things were all the rage during the Olympics. (Also, not too far from Robson street area.)
Japa Dog - Downtown - Vancouver, BC

Some other tourist stops: Granville Island, Capilano Suspension Bridge

....while we are talking about food.... uh Vancouver is the Sushi capitol of the world. We went to a couple of random places over there and they were all excellent....

Thanks!! I'll be there Monday am! I know my wife wants to walk that bridge up in the trees!
I wish I could rent a 370Z also!

Eating your way through Granville Market works for me, then burn it off with a walk along the Seawall.

I go to Vancouver about twice a year. Some of my favorite places are: Kirin, Salt, Lumiere, any bar in Gastown, YEW at the Four Seasons, Cafe Medina, and just about any coffee shop in Yaletown. There is also a great restaurant in Gastown that has the menu up on a big projector, but I forget the name. Another place I can't remember the name of is a bar that's in the same square as Chill Winston's, but on the upper floor of the building. Shopping on Robson is great if you want to buy a pair of skinny jeans from Zara, but head to Broadway if you want more boutique's. There is a shop there called Gravity Pope and will make you go broke if you like shoes.

Capilano Suspension bridge(entrance fee), Lynn valley suspension bridge(free) or whistler zip lines(around $125) in tree tops.

For eating, Yaletown is the place to be, a lot of great funky restaurants to choose from...Robson street is the place to look around but very expensive, walk a couple of blocks to Pacific centre(underground) or hop-on the skytrain to Metrotown(tons of shops)...Granville street downtown is the nightlife area.

Back home! Great City!!! Everyone was nice and the city is so clean and picturesque!!

Did Granville Island, both suspension bridges, Sea to Sky highway drive, Stanley Park, Waterfront, and even witnessed Hastings & Columbia after dark (wow).

Drove down to Seattle and got to do the Space Needle, Crab Pot, and the Market.

Thanks for all the info!!
