Default -=RED ALERT=- Nissan Gives Canadians What They Want!

So the only dealership to show any interest has come through for me and hopefully all those Canadian who have been saying "Give us what we want". I've asked several dealerships for a Prussian Blue 6MT, Sport with FROST leather seats instead of the Charcoal. Nope can't do it. Most didn't even bother to see if it was possible or say "Let me look into that for ya". That was from the ones that even bothered to reply to e-mails, etc.

So I get a call today from my wife who said Ross from Nissan called. He dug around until he was talking to the Regional Manager for British Columbia who said they could put in a special special order and get whatever color combination I wanted. So it is possible and HUGE thanks to Ross for being the only sales man in Canada to care enough about his customer/making a sale or whatever to get the results we've all been yelling about! Now about that invoice pricing Ross.....

Agreed, either knowing the right people or having the right amount of $ will solve a lot of things.

Although, in the circumstances I wouldn't believe it until you see the details of the special order listed on the sales contract. If you have it in writing already, then great.

Best of luck on getting them to lower the price. So far nobody here has budged from MSRP that I have talked to. When more are on lots, then maybe it will be a different story.

You know what - I ended up getting the charcoal because I didn't want to order in my car and wait (thank goodness - NXTAZEE ordered before I bought my car in May and he's STILL waiting...) I thought I was going to be regretful for not getting the Frost but I'm very happy with the Charcoal. Don't even notice it when I was driving on the race track or flying through the cones on the slalom

So, with knowing the right person, is it possible to know how many 370Z's were imported to Canada for 2009 model? We've all guessed at a number, but facts would be great if anyone knows.
