I looked underneath the rear bumper today and there is already a bracket colored white. I think all we need to replace is the assembly that comes with the red

I looked underneath the rear bumper today and there is already a bracket colored white. I think all we need to replace is the assembly that comes with the red cover. The problem is if there is a wiring for the stalk for the US version???
