Car detailer shops in edmonton
Does anyone know of any good detailer shops that does interiors? Me and my buddy went on coffee break the other day after working on a LAV. I didnt think much about it at the time but he didnt have his coveralls on and got black grease or something on my seats. Also any ideas how much that kind of job costs?

Use some high strength soap like Dawn dish-soap to remove the grease and reseal the seat with leather conditioners after it drys.
If that fails to remove the stains, use Toluene to remove the grease, wash with soap to remove the Toluene and reseal the leather with conditioners. Don't let it sit too long otherwise the grease will work into the pores and fabric of the seat and it will be more difficult to remove. |
will that stuff work on suede? abit of it on on the center where the suede is.

small amounts and a soft brush should remove it. I'd try the soap and water first since it is suede. I thought when you said seats, I was dealing with leather.
good luck. |

On our CX7 we had a sun roof issue and took it to Mazda, on return there was some gease on the roof by the sunroof, took it back to the dealer and they used some stuff called oranged wipes took the grease off like a charm you never could tell there was anything on it....
I gave the guys a call here at the lot (Mazda) he said I could get a small spray bottle filled up with there cleaner and I could mail it off to you if you like. Guess it some whole sale product that dealships sometimes buy.... |
I'll see if any of the dealerships a round here have that stuff, ill let you know, thanks.
