Some people are going to be disappointed ..not as many choices (seat colours are specified).
LSD is shown as standard equipment rather than on sport package? BTW, we should split a car cost canada report for invoice pricing. Last edited by zfast1; 01-21-2009 at 04:40 PM. |

So, invoice for our Touring with Sport Package should be around $40,640+$1,500 destination charge gives you a base negotiation line at $42,140 vs MSRP+destination of $45,498. I'll be curious to see how willing will the dealers be to negotiate. With this 370Z pricing, one should be able to offer $40k for a brand new 2008 350Z leftover. |

This is my first new car and I'm getting the car I want so if that means going to the US to buy it then so be it.... I mean how hard is it to order in the car with the stuff you want in it - it's built at the same place the US cars are.... maybe I can special order it... I'd really like to see the orange seats with the blue....

FYI - with our dollar in the toilet (.79ish) we are actually $2000 cheaper to buy the same build here in Canada vs the US - what a change from the 350Z!
Since there is no Provincial sales tax in AB is it worth buying a car there or do you have to be a resident, etc (5% vs 12% or just over $3,000 - worth the trip)? I'd definately have to wait till spring - no way I'd try to get a 370Z through the mountain passes |

Thanks for the post...it's great how price is more reasonable now for even a fully loaded one in Canada.
In Feb 2003, I paid more for a 2003 350Z "performance"/Cdn base package (roughly equivalent to a touring US model now with no sport or navi options) than a fully loaded 370Z can be had for. The 350 was just out then in Canada and there was no movement away from MSRP at least in Calgary. It will be interesting to hear if people can get the 370Z for under MSRP now in Canada. |
