WTB: Rays 19" Rear Rim
 

Hi
Looking to buy a factory original rear rim. No damage and with original factory paint. Not a refurbished or repainted.

Tire installer scraped mine and tried to respray it but it is coming out dull compared to the other 3 rims on the car. Says that is the best they can do.

The part number is D0CMM-3GY4B. My car is a 2016 touring sport.
Rim style looks like the pic.

Assuming a brand new or used original paint rim would match the other 3 originals?

Hi,
Did not find anything on eBay (that ships to Canada). What I do find is repainted/refurbed/reconditioned which may or may not match my existing rims.

I have been told Rays hyper silver is a proprietary paint and 3rd party paints do not (will not) have the same brilliance. The tire installer has offered $500 CDN. A new rim from dealers in Canada are over $1500 CDN + taxes and the Nissan dealer indicates they are not returnable.

Anyone ever buy a new Nissan factory rim (not reconditioned) and discover it did not match exactly?

Make them refinish all 4 wheels to match unless you are unhappy with the slightly duller finish.

Thanks for the suggestion about respraying all rims to make them look the same. However, as you mention the dullness of the repaint does not appeal to me.
