Does any body know of a good engine shop in the burlington -toronto area
i just got the spark and fuel problem fixed and it looks like the motor skipped
a tooth on the timming chain, car will not start. the timming is way off.
Not sure if the pistons hit the valves
it could be a total rebuild

Update on the car
Got it back from nissan dealer, it now has spark, and fuel , but does not run.
it runs when pulling the cam shaft senser, looks like it has jumped some teeth on the timing chain.
it back fires and not drivable. it will not start wth the cam sensers plugged in
im hoping that the pistons did not hit the valves
The flex wheel was replaced with a new crank sensor .
i have a feeling the moter is junk.
im going to reload new map into the ecu, as they told me that my timming is way off.
if this does not work ,comes the job of taking the front end , rad, and ac coil out and taking the the front cover off the moter.

Flex plate replaced.
still will not start.
the 4.5 stoker is another story. its suppose to be finished but can not get the shop to ship it.
Looking a replacing the engine.
found a 2020 complete engine but not sure if its comparable with a 2009 Z
not sure if they both have the same wiring harness

Which shop has the 4.5 motor?
