Toronto Area Meet Ups and Misc Thread
 

Well, this is needed, why? Well, the 370z sighting thread is being used for meet ups and not many people who "ghost" this site will be aware of the meet ups. This will be the official thread as per the title with of course non nonsensical banter and what not that is in line with this sites policies.

As per the information in the other thread and the "survey" carried out by Asus, the meet will be taking place Saturday September 7 2019! As of now, these are the following individuals whose attendance is called for and pending:

How would you guys feel if the even was one hour earlier? Though it would be convenient for me, I want to make sure everyone is on board with it first.

I'll prob be there a little earlier anyway. I checked the extended forcast and it's supposed to rain that day but clear during the evening/night so the Saturday should still work. I've PM'd a few more people and waiting their reply,

Let's goooooo babbbyyyyyyy! Saturday looks like a good day, 40% chance of rain but that should be reduced by the rainfall on Friday. Great, now I can't take my Z out Friday. . . I'm not cleaning the car for three hours :icon14:

This Saturday is good to go. Weather network says <1mm of rain so its not much, it even says it will stop in the evening around the time we are supposed to meet up anyway which is good. Either way we'll be fine.. we are parking walking distance of the The Pickle Barrel anyway so we'll wait out the rain a little with food & drinks then take the meet back outside once the rain stops for the evening.

I tried, major accident on the 401 Westbound, if your coming from the east end take the 407, made it to Leslie before I turned back, was looking forward to seeing all those Z's :(, next time!

Fantastic seeing all you glorious bastards tonight. Always great to see the community together! Hope everyone got home safe with no speeding tickets. Shout out to FP who made the trip and of course everyone who made the drive locally even with their busy schedules. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Hey bud, we were literally right next to you. There will be more meet ups in the summer, I guarantee it. I, along with others here, try to plan as many meets as we can in accordance to the number of people who can come out. We go by location, we did Colossus, we did Markham, I think Mississauga is up next, depends on what everyone wants and a central location.

Also, congrats on the purchase, welcome to the forum and I/we look forward in seeing you in the next meet up.
