Hey there
New to this forum and excited to be here. 2nd car for me as I had a 300Z back in the day and loved it. New 2019 370Z sport coming soon (mid June hopefully) and since its been awhile, curious to hear what you more experienced owners think these cars need or I should consider. In the west end of the GTA so if you know of shows or meet ups pass that along too. Thanks everyone. Let the summer begin! |

Look into ceramic coating. You can do it yourself which is a TON cheaper or get it done professionally but will help a allot with keeping your paint looking good and easier to clean as well. I've got a black z also and its such a pain and the factory paint/clear is weak imo, chips easy.

I would recommend still doing the ceramic coating on the entire car which shouldn't cost you much especially if you do it yourself. A well reviewed ceramic coating is CQuartz UK https://www.autogeek.net/cquartz-uk-edition.html There are a ton of reviews online & youtube and allot of How-To's. The thing with ceramic coatings are the costly side is paint correction BEFORE applying the ceramic coating but since your car will be brand new, you may not need to do that... but even that you could do yourself if you wanted to lol assuming the paint is good when you get the car.. all you'd need is to buy the ceramic coating itself and apply it yourself. You could just pay someone to do it for example http://www.ceramicpromississauga.com/ but it tends to be expensive and one could argue the ceramic coating is not much better than those you can buy yourself Last edited by Asus_; 05-25-2018 at 01:42 AM. |

Meguiars ultimate wax Meguiars ultimate compound/polish Meguars ultimate qd Mothers clay bar set The clear bra/ceramic might be worth doing but wont stop the car from getting dirty. It will. Even after a drive i get dust on the rear. They are good to prevent chips. My front bumper is in chippy condition. Hood has some chips too. My fenders, doors and hatch are another story though! |

I agree that the Car Bra is the way to go. As I keep my cars for at least 10 years it's worth the investment to me. Have an appointment tomorrow with http://www.conceptwraps.ca. Great reviews and amazing work. Appreciate all the info. |
