GTR brake fluid or Motul 600 ? 370z

Had a clutch cylinder issue last summer im guessing due to over heating, any one have an previous and or current experience with switching to either of these 2 products? if so:

How much fluid do I need to replace after I drain the current fluids and is it worth it?

thanks

Those are both good fluids. A couple of others are Endless 650 and Castro srf racing brake fluid. I have used the Motol and switch to Castro and it seems to work better. I have never boiled it at the track and I just changed my clutch fluid using it as well. It is definitely smoother and there less flywheel noise. One quart for each should work. The Castro is expensive compared to the others.

Not sure how much GTR fluid is but I can get a 500Ml Motul bottle for about $25 locally. It took about 1 bottle to do mine (complete flush). Did it after going to the strip and on my 2nd launch, the clutch pedal stayed on the floor. That was 2 years ago and I am still on the same slave cylinder

I'm in Orleans too . You can get it locally in Ottawa at No Limits Auto parts and Slick Auto. Slick is closer to Orleans though

1 bottle should do it. If you intend to track it, do the brakes at the same time and get 3 bottles.

I use motul600. No issues. I swapped both clutch and brake to it. Great stuff for spirited use. Probably need better stuff if you are tracking like my man Hotrodz.

For your clutch issues? You may want to keep an eye on your fluids. Csc could be on its way out.

I also got a brand new z and would like to track in as warm weather comes by.
What kind of fluids should I be replacing and where do I get them in Toronto area?

Not just levels. Watch the color. If its darkening signs the internal seals dying. There been claims of under 10k failures! I went hdcsc and replaced the master around 35k as preemptive.

Wish i had a little more cash to get a new clutch while the tran dropped. Ah well
