Haven't heard of REV9 before. Do know what this sounds like by any chance?

Thank you. i contacted the seller, but this will not bolt onto the rest of the stock pipes.

I have no idea to be honest but looks like a HKS replica so should sound similar. I wanted an axle back myself for my nismo as I didn't want to mess with the nismo tuned pipes, I went with AAM short tails with titanium tips from Z1performance. Sounds pretty incredible but if you don't want the pipe sound AAM also has an axle back thats available on the Z1performance site. Check them out, enough YouTube videos with sound clips of both as well.

My pleasure, you are quite welcome. You can always have a local exhaust shop manufacture the rest of the components for you. I believe it will be more affordable than ordering the components directly from Stillen. Other choice, and your best bet, is to get your order into to Fast Intentions. Their CBE is truly amazing.

I've heard that AAM short tails might be too loud for what i am looking for, as i am looking for the quiet system. I've seen their axleback option, but it almost sounds like stock, (even volume wise) and costs $930 CAD. Invidia Gemini CBE is about $1300 CAD, so i may go this route if i can't find anything.
I certainly can't think of dropping $2500 on FI exhaust or stillen cbe.

Makes sense well if the rev9 idea doesn't suit you the HKS cbe should be in the 1300 range as well .... I had that on my 350zHR sounded very good without being overly loud. I think J-Spec had an ad up for that on kijiji as well.

Stillen is by far the tamest of the exhaust. I run it... if I had to do it again I'd consider FI

If the cost were no issue, i would choose Stillen in a heartbeat. Any particular reason why you would prefer FI over STillen? maybe too quite for you?

Quality work does not come cheap. However, it is cheaper than ordering a complete high quality exhaust. There was a shop on Islington, just north of Queensway in Etobicoke called 'Hot Rod Scotts'. They did some great work and their prices were not too bad. Try them out if they are still around. The other place you could check is 'Zoro Muffler' on Dundas, just west of Dixie, in Mississauga. They have also been known to do good work. I had some work done at both shops, on different vehicles and I was happy with them. But check and double check the reviews etc. on google.

Thank you for the direction. Will contact both places and see what they have to say about this. Thanks again!
