My F.I. 18" res. SS CBE has quieted down substantially. However, when you mash on the gas, it comes to life and wakes up everyone. It truly is a very high quality CBE. I love the burbles and pops when down shifting. Plus it looks awesome.

Jspec performance Angadoneal had mentioned is selling invidia Gemini for $1445 out the door including installation. What do you guys think of this deal?
people say this CBE is pretty quiet, so i am hoping this could be an alternative to the Stillen CBE I want which is about $1000 more expensive Last edited by jamtinge; 06-28-2017 at 02:58 PM. |

Sounds very similar to the AAM short tails I have maybe a bit better actually. But it will be a loud exhaust(check YouTube) thought you didn't want to go that route. But price wise I think good deal.

I have read good reviews about the Invidia Gemini CBE. There are many forum members here that have them installed. I am certain you will be happy with your decision, much better than the stock CBE. Let us know how Jspec is and what kind of an installation they do. Make sure you tell 'em to take their time, you don't want dings, dents, scratches on your Z! Good luck.

I had my exhuast installed yesterday as planned. Love it. Not too loud not too quiet, just perfect for my taste 1. No drone on highway btw 100-120km ( havent had a chance to test other speed range yet ) 2. Quiet while cruising, and roars at wot, and those bubble noise is just intoxicating; I am trying to find under what circumstances this exhaust makes this noise. 3. Dont feel any power gains. If there is, i dont notice it or hard to tell. 4. Sexy titanium tip is just a bonus. The tip stick out a bit, but i think invifia did this on purpose to show off the tip lol. Overall happy with my choice. |
