Is this a good price for a 2017 Base z?

Hi Guys, owned a 2009 back in the day for a couple year and thinking of going back after a few years with BMW... Got a lease quote on a new 2017 base Pearl White at $450/month for 48 months tax and prep and all included (in Ontario) with 20,000km/year.

Was wondering if this is good or if you guys have seen better.

How much was the discout off MSRP? I know dealerships would give around 1 ~ 1.5k discount easy

That's not a bad price at all, I have a 2017 base white (financed) and im paying 260 bi weekly taxes in/extended warranty and a employment insurance thing incase I ever loose my job or get hurt. for an extra $70 a month might as well finance it and do what ever you want to the car IMO
