does our base model have bose speakers?
 

i have the 2012 base model Z and was wondering if we have bose speakers? i need to know this before getting a DD HU

If you didn't get an Owner's Manual with your Z, you can download a PDF from this site (see FSM link in my sig) or Nissan's web site.

As far as i know, the only models sold in Canada are the Touring and Touring Sport Package, so we don't actually have any base Canadian cars. All Canadian Zs come with Bose as they are all Tourings, unless they have changed this recently. If yours is an imported US it could be a base without Bose.

Regardless, it should say on the speakers, you'll have a sub in the trunk and the HU is all one piece, not double din.

I have a brand new 2016 Base Coupe 6MT. I BELIEVE there were no base models in Canada before 2015(hence the $10,000 price drop)

No Bose, no Synchro Rev match, no LSD. I think everything ELSE should be same as the US base models

Enthusiast/touring sport and nismo.

Enthusiast is a slight above total base but no lsd no srm and 18". Touring sport has all the goodies and heated seats. I think tech is now standard.

Quicker way to also confirm is check yiur spare wheel. If there is something on top or not :tup:
