Only ONE of my wheels came with the extra card board like yours. The rest looks the same. Funny thing is, the one with the extra protection is the damaged wheel.

I can almost gurantee that Canada Customs opened the box for inspection and most likely damaged the wheel. It will be next to impossible to pin the damages on them and I am certain that they will not cover any damages.
