DO NOT GIVE UP! Press Canada Customs and the courier. I am certain that between the tow of them, someone will take responsibility for their action.

I will keep on pressing, I plan to call FB Nissan everyday, as well as UPS. I want a new wheel, period.

FB has filed a damaged goods claim, so I will wait to see what they say when they pick up the item. At the very least, I'm sure FB can take the wheel back and claim it as shipping damage with Nissan.

Here is the latest in my nightmare, I'll be updating the other thread only going forward for those that care. FML.....
