I spoke with a sales rep and he quoted me

$48192.90 On The Road.. (GST/PST included)

I've checked invoice price and it seems like i'm getting $500 above invoice...
Do you think it's a good deal or should I push more since it's 09 model?

Better deal than what I paid in B.C..A7 sport...47,590 before taxes. Mind you, it was back in May, and there weren't any to be had.

I paid $46374 delivered (for the same thing) ... your deal doesn't sound very good to me. BUT, where in Canada are you? Here in Alberta, we don't have PST.

Quebec... I guess 7.5% PST is what's really killing the deal :(

Yes, 09 M6 touring with the sports package. But,I think, we would not have gotten it at that price before summer.

After extensive negotiating, 2hrs+ and got the price down to $41900 + tax!!!
I'm loving it already!! I was a bit scared driving @ first cuz of how RAW it felt! but overall i'm in love!:driving:

heh, I'm not really in quebec~ I'm from New Brunswick. lol
I did my undergrad in Montreal :). It was fun driving back to Fredericton though! I guess no better way to break the car in than coasting 140km+ for 800kms.......

good stuff then.... lol

how are drivers here in Montreal compared to Fredericton

it's hard to compare, simply due to the fact that they are different city in caliber.. There are no roads in Fredericton like in Montreal. In town driving, it's mostly single lane with occasional turning lane here and there. There are bad drivers here nonetheless though, but definitely more relaxed than MTL. Plus, no cab drivers on the road looking for customers and driving ferociously!!

but regardless.. MTL is the best city in Canada in my book.

I don't get why the dealers play mind games? 2+ hours of negotiating and the dealer agreed to $500 above invoice? The dealer might as well say $500 above invoice for everyone who walks through their showroom, make more profit through volume.

I donno.. I guess cars like 370z, they have no choice but to try to get the most profit out of each vehicle as there aren't that many people who would pay 40k+ for 2 seater sports coupe (especially with current economic situation)
