anyone in the gta have halo headlights?

i was wondering if anyone in the gta has the dual halo headlights and if anyone has done a nismo front bumper conversion. im thinking of doing these and would like to check it out in person before doing so.

Contemplating this mod. Not sure if the housing should be painted flat black or gloss black, and if adding halos (single) would bump up the price drastically.

I'm in the Oakville area, but I'll prob start reaching out that way to meet up with Ire & Co. once it warms up.

They have seen mine and seem to like it.
