NEW YEAR NEW THREAD

I know a couple people have brought the cars out already now that we've hit positive temperatures. Fingers crossed that it stays that way. As Luciano mentioned in last years thread, a good number of us are planning to go watch FF7 at the Shops @ Don Mills location. Im not the one organizing it but i can easily get in touch with him as i believe we're taking the entire theatre if we get enough people.

I've driven around the block a few times....LOL :eekdance:

No hibernation for mine. I did use the car a several times in the winter. Let the good weather come and I can finally enjoy the car.

at least 6 of us are already driving on the reg.
though to be fair on really cold days with a chance of percipitation i've refrained for safety reasons (who wants to drive a Z slowly anyways...)

I assume people are putting the cars back on insurance starting April?
checking the weather network the first warm weekend of April should be around 5 degrees which is April 4th.

you betcha! I was in cambridge my whole life until two years ago, I moved out between Innerkip and Woodstock so even farther from GTA, and I still make it out some meets :tiphat:

got a lot of fam-jam events and stuff going on right now but if i'm free i'll make it!

i didn't go to the weekday meets before because i was too poosie to drive too far when i first got the car. now i'm able to drive downtown in rush hour... woot! :eek:

I am in for sure then, my car is at advancedpowerhouse getting few things done, should be ready to roll in 2 weeks!

just curious when we gonna have the first meet of the year. Miss the z meets so much. For those of us in the GTA we can meet up. we can have pho as appetizer and cruise as the main course and then maybe of a couple and pretzel rods and beer LOL!!!!.

Turns out the Shops viewing isnt going to happen.

Instead a few of us are watching FF7 at fairview mall on friday. It'll be nice to go a bit early, park together then maybe head somewhere for drinks afterward. Please PM me if you're down to come.
Get your tickets early so theres no issues. We're planning to go right after work at around 7:30 (i think the movie time is around there. ill check tomorrow)

sidenote. theres a guy that lives down the block from me that owns a '14+ magma red 370 on rep TE37s. Is that anyone here? I always see him parked up when i leave my house. Lawrence and Don Mills area.
