No idea, I am with Blair direct and I pay 86 a month for the Z my man. I pay 160 for my sonata (DD), I guess they said they based it on how many claims per vehicle they have.

I don't know anymore. There seems to be no rhyme or reason with these insurance pirates. They gouge people at every possible moment. The government doesn't seem to care as they cannot regulate a bowel movement, let alone the insurance mafia.

well mine is understandable, my own company has 'employee' rates for insurance. i got a quote from this broker and it was still lower. a LOT lower. in fact my old rate was still lower compared to me shopping around near renewal.
i could solicite an insurance broker and they'll do the leg work for you. as said just let me know if you're interested and i can point you in that directin :) gotta look out for my z-brows |
This a meet thread or insurance thread? Lol I'm getting shafted by Allstate for 4000 per year on my z and motorcycle.
|
Lol this is a support thread ;) for everyone in withdrawal.
Anyways my word of advice for everyone is don't be afraid to shop around. |
Yup, it's time to shop and drop. Shop for new/better insurance company and drop the @$$h0le$ who are ripping me off now. mishuko, I will send you a PM.

yeah i take it off insurance and just keep fire and theft on it.
which is why i was surprised when so many people said they took it out for a spin. im not about to get caught driving without insurance, my car is loud and bright as **** its not exactly subtle. plus if im taking it out, im going to do some spirited driving. its legit killing me to drive a civic right now... |
because i still owe i'm fully covered... drove to work today and it started to snow. wtf.
hoping it dries up to take it thru a touchless and then repark on the weekend. |

Otherwise.. pimp out your civic it's a great winter car. :driving: |

I pay a little over $200 when on the road full coverage and $500 deductible. Then for fire and theft I am around 30-40/month for winter. I also have a large speeding ticket on my record and I am 29. But it is almost gone one more year of the BS. Worst part is. I beat the ticket. But since it involved a suspension that stays on record even though I wasn't charged for the offence, so stupid! Pay more insurance for 5 year even though I won. My lawyer said there was not much I could do about it too. So ya if your paying more then us and your older then us with clean record your getting raped! |
Come to think of it, it might be off my record this spring come renewal time :excited:
|
Ire - I'd trade your civic for my old lancer any day. It's not even the current body lancer it's an '05 so looks like crap. But it was a free car when we got the wife a new one and my DD was much worse off then the lancer. But fück do I hate it!
|
i might take it around the block just to preserve my mental health state lol
AHEM I MEAN NEVERMIND ID NEVER DO ANYTHING REMOTELY ILLEGAL |
I'm kinda enjoying the suv lifestyle lol ride is smooth and quiet. I think I'm in for a big shock when I start my Z back up. Different worlds indeed!
