+1 on availability. I will be needing to replace my rotors very soon and don't want to go with 1-piece if I don't have to.

So when. These were supposed to be out by now :(

Same boat as ^ Mr. Bonanni.

Sorry guys, it will be worth the wait. We're still street testing with different pads to make sure everything is going to be good.

Waiting on the 2-piece slotted rotors as well...

Mike, I'll sell you my StopTech 1-piece slotted front rotors to tied you over, still in excellent condition. 3000 miles, no track on these, just auto-x.

Thanks but I need all four rotors. :(

what is the expected price of these?

JakeZ34 01-13-2010 02:38 AM

^ I agree, what is the expected price on those? I'm thinking about upgrading the brakes to ss line and rotors, almost pulled the triggers on the 1 piece slotted and drilled rotors, but if there is a 2 piece coming out I'll wait for it, but any word on how much longer?

armensti 01-13-2010 03:17 AM

any info on the price :excited:

Any updates???
Ball park price & availability.

I didn't see any info on the hats.
Are the aluminum?

I still have the stock sport rotors & I'm at 6000 miles. What would be a good time to change to the slotted 2-piece rotors? The rotors are starting to look alittle faded, are the new rotors made outta a better material to make them keep their finish longer?

Pretty much all rotors are made from iron, and will fade and eventually rust to a greater or lesser degree. Plating helps but doesn't put it off for ever. You can get 50-100K miles out of your stock rotors if your not racing.

Some racing rotors are made from stainless steel but no street rotors are.

there hasn't been any update on this...hopefully someone develops a 2 piece rotor

They do, just you have to buy the calipers to go with them

NewYorkJon34 02-04-2010 08:02 PM

So if I switched my rotors soon, how long should these new slotted ones last before needing to get replaced?
